I’m Jill Swim.

Raised on a farm in the midwest, surrounded by family and an amazing community of neighbors, home has always been the most important place to me.

I’m a REALTOR, a mama, lover of all things houses, home design, family, and really just life in general.

I live just outside of Lincoln Nebraska in the town of Waverly, with my incredible blended family, 2 busy teens (a boy and a girl) a grade school boy, and 2 energetic dogs (I swore I’d never have a dog, and here we are).

When I’m not working with my amazing real estate clients, I am usually found at a kiddo’s sporting event, getting lost in a good podcast, or making plans for the next big life adventure!
